About this property

Rare opportunity to acquire a Bento Sushi business located inside a busy Zehrs supermarket, benefiting from steady customer traffic and excellent exposure. With several new residential developments being completed in the surrounding area, the local population and potential customer base are expected to continue growing. The business currently generates approximately $8,000–$10,000 in monthly sales, while requiring only about 3–4 hours of daily operation, making it an excellent opportunity for a buyer looking to earn additional income with a relatively limited time commitment. The operating model is simple and straightforward. Fresh sushi is prepared daily according to Bento Sushi’s requirements and placed on designated shelves inside the supermarket. Zehrs handles the retail sales, with revenue shared according to the agreed arrangement. There is no need to operate a separate storefront or remain on-site throughout the entire day, resulting in relatively easy day-to-day management. Both the seller and Bento Sushi head office will provide comprehensive training and operational support to help the new buyer complete a smooth transition and become familiar with the daily business procedures. The business operates under the Bento Sushi franchise system, with approximately 5 years remaining on the current agreement, plus an additional 3-year renewal option. An ideal opportunity for buyers seeking a stable customer base, simple operations, limited daily time commitment, and future growth potential.
